- Clear photos of the front, back, and any damaged areas
- A brief description of your rug, including:

2. Upon arrival in our workshop
We take detailed photos before starting any treatment, these will be shared with you for your approval. Only after your approval we will proceed with the treatment.
Please note: while we handle each piece with great care, we cannot fully guarantee colour retention or complete stain removal for older or delicate items. Your photos and description are part of our legal and quality assurance procedure.
