That is why we use a <strong>structured control system <\/strong>to ensure that every cleaning assignment meets our standards <em>and<\/em> yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Our quality guarantee in practice:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Use of a quality app<\/strong>: we monitor our sites with a digital tool that we use to run checks and issue reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Periodic controls<\/strong>: as we are ISO certified, we run checks at fixed intervals. For example, daily customers are checked at least once a month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear reporting<\/strong>: after every check, a report is issued and sent to the cleaning team. This is done whether the evaluation is positive or less positive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rapid response to complaints<\/strong>: we listen to the customer\u2019s wishes.
