Role

As a young commercial talent (m/f/x), you are the engine that drives the growth of our highly valued customer portfolio. You focus on building long-term relationships of trust with your customers. This is what your job entails:

• Identifying new opportunities to expand our customer portfolio
• Dealing with questions from customers, drawing up customised proposals and presenting them convincingly
• Negotiating contracts skilfully to arrive at an agreement
• Managing the entire sales process, from first contact to conclusion
• Prospecting both on the telephone and in the field

Profile

• You have at least two years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience in the cleaning sector is essential
• You have exceptional powers of persuasion: you are driven, customer-focused, result-oriented and you have a highly commercial mindset
• You have insight and can calculate prices well
• You show perseverance, and you are also a flexible team player who enjoys working independently
• You have a valid category B driving licence

Skills

• Language abilities: Dutch (very good), French (good), English (some knowledge)
• Design a plan to attract customers and schedule customer visits
• Present or demonstrate products to the customer and give advice
• Develop a commercial proposal
• Agree to the conditions of a sales contract or price estimate with the customer
• Do the administrative follow-up linked to attracting customers and keep the team informed
• Follow up the order (availability of products, supply period, etc.) and customers (loyalty campaigns, satisfaction surveys, etc.)
• Roll out commercial campaigns during events
