EWorking together well requires clear and easy communication. Our customers are always kept up to date on the planning, monitoring and any changes.

Monitoring and accessibility

  • Personal contact: we always contact you in person and we’re always here if you have any questions or want to make changes.
  • Fast response time: our customers can rely on a rapid follow-up if they give feedback or have extra requests.

What if a team can’t come and clean?

If a team is unexpectedly prevented from coming, the customer will be informed immediately by telephone. We will always look for a solution to guarantee continuity. Together, we will consider:

  • whether a replacement can be sent;
  • whether the cleaning can be done at a different time.
