- Periodic controls: as we are ISO certified, we run checks at fixed intervals. For example, daily customers are checked at least once a month.
- Clear reporting: after every check, a report is issued and sent to the cleaning team. This is done whether the evaluation is positive or less positive.
- Rapid response to complaints: we listen to the customer’s wishes. If you have feedback, we call in again as soon as possible until all the complaints are solved.
