Here at Orisma, we take a responsible attitude to damage or incidents during cleaning. Our teams work with the greatest of care, but sometimes an accident can happen unexpectedly. Should anything go wrong, we follow a set procedure:
- Immediate reporting: the team on site report the damage to their superior straight away.
- Communication with the customer: the customer is informed as soon as possible by e-mail and phone.
- Insurance: if our team have caused the damage, our insurers step in.
- Follow-up: the customer is kept up to date with every step of the process by e-mail.
